As you may recall, you must provide notice to members if you are going to improve your hangar. If you want to sell, you have to offer your hangar first to all the other owner- members, who have a right of first refusal.

When you are ready, send out the notices to everyone. Ten days later (allow a reasonable time in addition for the mail) you may proceed. These requirements are spelled out in our Bylaws. You can get the mail addresses from here or from the Secretary. IANAL, so consult one if you need legal advice.

Here are some notices that have been used in the past.

Notice has also been provided to the Secretary for our Association. According to the bylaws of our Association, I must provide TEN days written notice of my intentions to all owner- members.
